CJC 1295 + Ipamorelin Peptide Blend Overview
The CJC 1295 Ipamorelin peptide blend pairs two research peptides studied for their effects on endocrine signaling pathways. CJC-1295 (No DAC), a GRF(1-29) analog carrying four amino-acid substitutions and no albumin-binding linker, has been studied for GHRH receptor activation and resistance to enzymatic degradation. Ipamorelin, a selective secretagogue-type peptide, has been studied for its selective pituitary signaling activity without significant off-target pathway interference. The individual constituents have been studied separately in laboratory and preclinical research contexts.
History
The concept of the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend stems from parallel developments in peptide research aimed at exploring growth hormone modulation. CJC-1295, a synthetic analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH), was developed in the early 2000s to extend the half-life and activity of natural GHRH fragments for research into growth hormone and IGF-1 pathways; that development work produced the DAC-bearing molecule, which the no-DAC constituent supplied here does not contain. Meanwhile, Ipamorelin—a selective ghrelin receptor agonist—emerged from studies in the 1990s investigating ghrelin mimetics and their ability to stimulate growth hormone release with minimal off-target hormonal effects. Together, these peptides became of interest for laboratory research into how GHRH receptor signaling and ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) signaling interact to shape pulsatile growth hormone secretion and downstream IGF-1 pathway activity.

Research Findings
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin have each been examined separately in endocrine, signaling, experimental, and systemic models, with research exploring their influence on somatotroph axis pathways, downstream cascades, pathway activity, and molecular viability. Studies have examined their signaling kinetics, receptor selectivity, and downstream IGF-1 pathway activity in preclinical and experimental settings.
Key Areas of Research:
- Endocrine: Somatotroph axis, signaling, cascades
- Signaling: Lipid pathways, dynamics, markers
- Molecular: Proliferation, remodeling, viability
- Systemic: Vascular, IGF-1 axis, pathway activity
These findings relate to the individual constituents; the studies cited on this page did not examine the finished CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend.
