1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using medicinalabs.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility and Research-Use-Only Requirement
- You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or place an order.
- You must be a qualified researcher, or be purchasing on behalf of a licensed laboratory, research institution, or other organization engaged in lawful research.
- All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, clinical use, or any form of consumption.
- By purchasing, you certify that you will handle, store, use, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and accepted laboratory safety practices, and that you will not resell or distribute products for use in humans or animals.
3. Products, Specifications, and Documentation
Product descriptions, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for the applicable production lot. We work to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that descriptions or other Site content are complete, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustration.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing and other errors, including after an order has been submitted.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, and all orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected resale for consumption, suspected fraud, or an inability to verify the information provided. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payments are handled by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping is available within the United States only. Order processing, delivery estimates, returns, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy below, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medicina Labs and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of a product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.

Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Shipments to U.S. territories are handled case-by-case following verification — please contact us before ordering.
Transit Time and Cost
Standard ground shipping is free on every order and typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing. UPS 2nd Day Air (approximately 2 business days) may be selected at checkout for $19.95, and is provided at no charge on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more after any discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Packaging and Storage
Peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed, labeled glass vials, protected with foam or bubble wrap inside an insulated mailer. A Certificate of Analysis and packing slip are included. We do not use cold-chain (ice pack) shipping; lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the short duration of transit. Transfer your order to -20 degrees C or colder storage promptly on arrival.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve it and will replace materials lost or damaged in transit.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns
Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, which cannot be resold, and we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will refund or replace an order that arrives damaged in transit, contains the wrong items, does not meet its stated specifications or purity, or is not delivered despite tracking showing it as delivered. A duplicate order placed in error can be cancelled if you tell us before it ships.
Not eligible: opened or used products, products stored improperly after delivery, orders cancelled after shipment, and change-of-mind purchases. There is no restocking fee on anything that does qualify.
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect a return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (a wrong, defective, or damaged item).
